Ingersoll Rand Compressed Air Inline Air Filters
Ingersoll Rand Air Filters come in four different series, G=General Purpose (1 micron/.5 ppm), H=High Efficiency (.01 micron/.01 ppm), A=Activated Carbon (.003 ppm), and Dust Protection (1 micron). G and H include auto float drains, while A and D have manual drains. All filters come with an Element Replacement Indicator. Ratings are based on 100F inlet air temperature and 100 PSIG inlet air pressure. Maximum pressure is 250 PSIG; ambient temperature is 35°F -150°F. Max temp for A is 86°F.
General Purpose Air Filtes are designed to remove solid and liquid contaminants from compressed air. The filter will remove oil, water, condensate, dust, metal particles, and pipe-scale.
High Efficiency Coalesing Air Filters are designed to remove liquids and solids from compressed air. The filter uses the coalescing method for removing contaminants.
Dust Particulate Air Filters remove particles 1 micron or greater from dried compressed air. The filter should be used for after-filter applications. The filter can be used for a wide range of applications such as removing dirt, metal particles, and pipe-scale.
Activated Carbon Air Filters are capable of removing oil vapor and odor from compressed air. The maximum remaining oil carryover is <0.003mg/m3 W at 21 degrees C. It is suitable for the food and drug processing industry as well as laboratories.
