OEM Air Compressor Corporation warrants that OEM brand parts will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.

OEM Air Compressor Corporation warrants that you will be 100% satisfied with the performance of OEM brand parts so long as the product was used in accordance with the operating instructions of the manufacturer of the equipment, including preventive maintenance tasks.

IF IT IS NOT RIGHT WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.

Lubricant Warranty.

OEM Air Compressor Corporation warrants that OEM parts will meet all applicable performance specifications and criteria for the applicable type of part.

This warranty does not (and should not be expected to) cover issues related to misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. It is a fact that some parts are not designed to last for one year. If the part is defective, we will take care of it. In the event that an OEM Air Compressor Corporation part is found to be defective, please notify MLN Incorporated as soon as possible so that we can take steps to replace the part. OEM Air Compressor Corporation's sole responsibility will be to replace or repair the part in question and to compensate you for reasonable labor charges for your employees to replace the part. OEM Air Compressor Corporation will issue a Credit, for the agreed upon amount, to cover such labor costs. OEM Air Compressor Corporation will not be (and should not be) liable for consequential, incidental damages, or punitive damages.  In the event of a defective part, please notify us within thirty (30) days at:

Any defective product needs to be returned, at your cost, to the above address. Call us to arrange for return shipping.
OEM Air Compressor Corporation Warrants that it's lubricant will be completely compatible with the OEM products that it is intended to replace.  OEM Air Compressor Corporation warrants that it's lubricants have been tested for complete compatibility with all appropriate materials, including seals and hoses, and that our lubricants will not cause damage to these parts or other parts of normal air systems under normal and reasonable operating conditions. 

OEM Air Compressor Corporation warrants that its lubricants (the "product") meet the standards and specifications set forth on the Product, the packaging of the product, and the product data sheets, and in the event that the product fails to conform with this warranty, OEM Air Compressor Corporation shall be responsible for the reasonable costs of repairs for all damages which are directly caused by such failure provided the following steps are performed:

Written notice of such failure is provided to OEM Air Compressor Corporation within thirty (30) days of discovery of such failure or damages resulting there from.  Notice should be sent to:
